I believe some of the most meaningful work in therapy begins when we have a place to feel heard, make sense of what we've experienced, and begin imagining something different for ourselves. I view therapy as a collaborative journey of uncovering, discovering, and recovering. Together, we can understand what has shaped you, recognize what may be keeping you stuck, and find a path toward healing and meaningful change.
My approach has been shaped by more than 15 years in mental health, including 13 years in crisis intervention, where I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most difficult moments. Those experiences continue to remind me of the resilience people can discover, even during seasons that feel overwhelming.
I have a particular interest in betrayal trauma and relational healing. As a member of the International Institute for Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP) and a CPTT-Candidate, I continue advanced training in betrayal trauma recovery to better support partners as they rebuild safety, trust, and hope after relational trauma.
My hope is that you leave each session feeling understood, empowered, and a little more hopeful than when you arrived.
Virtual therapy appointments are available throughout Georgia and Vermont.

I work with individuals and couples who are seeking greater clarity, connection, and meaningful change in their lives and relationships. My work often includes helping clients navigate relationship and intimacy concerns, addiction and recovery, betrayal, and the difficult decisions that can arise when a relationship has been deeply impacted.
As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I bring specialized training to the treatment of compulsive sexual behaviors and sex addiction, as well as betrayal trauma recovery. I work with individuals and couples to understand the impact these experiences can have on trust, intimacy, connection, and recovery while supporting each person's unique path forward.
I also offer premarital and discernment counseling for couples seeking greater understanding, intentionality, or clarity about the future of their relationship.
In addition to my therapy practice, I am a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and provide clinical supervision and case consultation to mental health professionals.
Telehealth appointments are available on Mondays and Wednesdays. Limited in-person appointments are available at the Buckhead, Atlanta office for pre-approved sessions.
